Pool Rules

life Guards are not provided. Swim at your own risk.

Showering before entering the pool is required

No tobacco products of any kind are allowed inside the fenced pool area. This includes vaporing.

No glass bottles allowed inside the fenced pool area.

Trash should be disposed of properly.

Persons with open wounds or bandages shall not enter the pool.

Alcoholic beverages, provided they are not in glass containers, are allowed anywhere within pool enclosure except within 3 ft. of the pool's edge or in the pool.

Food is allowed anywhere within the pool enclosure except within 3 ft. of the pool's edge or in the pool. Please do not feed the ducks.

Running or horseplay prohibited in the pool area.

No diving of any kind allowed.

Anyone under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for that person.

Teenage Guest Rule: If you are 17, 16, 15, or 14, you are allowed, one guest. Meaning one member is allowed to bring one guest, who is age 14 or over. The guest must arrive, sign in and leave with the member.

Persons who have had diarrhea in the past two weeks are prohibited in the water.

Infants in diapers of any kind are not allowed in the water. (outside of specific swimming/pool certified products)

Cut-off shorts must be hemmed.

No pets allowed inside the fenced pool area.

The swimming pool facility is owned by the HOA and is strictly for the use of residents and their guests.
All guests must be accompanied by a resident at all times and shall be the responsibility of the accompanying resident.

Failure to follow pool rules shall result in immediate removal from the pool area.

The facility is managed by Covell Village HOA  2400 Covell Village Drive
