Covell Village is a residential community located just south of Mitch Park. The neighborhood is in an excellent location with easy access to all schools K-12, the University of Central Oklahoma, I-35, shopping (Uptown Grocery, retail, restaurants along with a Lowe's are within walking distance), the YMCA, and the walking trails in Mitch Park. The neighborhood has a pool for the use of neighborhood residents and a private, stocked pond for fishing.
